The location here is great, with bus stops, the city center, and the zoo all just a short walk away. Plus, you have breakfast and a nice back garden - what more could you ask for? 😉

The food is good and excellent. The room is good little and functional with large bedrooms. The airport is 15 km away, easy to reach.

The room was charming, small, and had all the necessary amenities like a hairdryer and bath towels.

I had a really lovely experience here, everything was good, the location was incredible near trains and Haymarket train station, bus stop and tram stop. The staff was helpful and caring, they blew my mind. Perfect little room with 3 single beds for 3 adults was enjoyable. Delicious and great breakfast at 08.30 was available.

Really enjoyed television, tea and coffee making facilities, and a writing table in the room.

The staff at Ashgrove House were incredibly caring and attentive. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the tram stop for airport connections and close to the center of Edinburgh and bus stops.- Calton Hill is only 4 km away from the venue.- This accommodation met all our trip requirements.

The hotel's location was ideal, not far from Haymarket railway station in the west end of Edinburgh. All public transport and free parking made it convenient for car travel. The 100 Bus stops over the road, making it easy to access the capital by plane. Enjoyed spending evenings in nearby Haymarket enjoying drinks and the atmosphere.

Convenient parking available and service was generally helpful. They served a simple but satisfying breakfast with toast, cereal, jam, and eggs 🍳.

The location of the place is great, close to the city center, and the bed was really comfortable; we could even walk to Haymarket for some shots before bed.
